Embodied Goddess Workshop

Join us for the Embodied Goddess Workshop on 6/6 at Sanctuary 6, where we'll journey out of our minds and into our bodies to fully embody the archetype of the goddess.

What to Expect:

In this immersive workshop, we'll explore what it truly feels like to embody the goddess and identify where we experience resistance to fully receiving her energy. Through gentle embodied movement, breathwork, visualizations, and self-reflection, we will delve into the blocks and barriers that prevent us from embracing our feminine essence and open ourselves to the flow of divine energy.

Workshop Details:

Date: June 6th Time: 6:30-9:00 PM (Doors open by 6:20 - please arrive on time) Location: Sanctuary 6, A beautifully remodeled artist studio inside a former church in the Heigts 7506 N Main St, Houston, TX 77022 - Enter through large metal gate on Main St. Gate will close at 6:45pm

Slow and Soft Practice: This gentle and nurturing experience will be about connecting to our bodies and will be a mostly solo/internal experience with plenty of space for self-reflection and group share towards the end.

Connecting Body and Emotions: Learn to align your physical body with your emotions to clear blocks and open up your channels for receiving.

What to Wear: 

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement - feel free to adorn yourself in any way that makes you more connected to your goddess. Comfort is key!

What to Bring:

- A journal and a pen for guided journaling exercises. 

- Mat, pillow, anything to make you more comfortable in sitting on the floor.

- Water 

We welcome and celebrate individuals of all genders, identities, and backgrounds, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone to explore and embrace their inner goddess. This event is open to all humans. While we will discuss feminine energy and refer to the goddess as "she," this workshop is about energy, not gender.
