🌹 Movement Mondays at The Rose Temple are baaaack! 🌹
June 16th — Doors open at 6:30 PM, practice begins at 7:00 PM and we'll wrap up at 9:30. This is a closed container, so please arrive on time to honor the space.
We’ll begin by melting into presence and attuned connection through trauma-informed conscious contact - an embodied partnered movement practice. (No partner needed.) You’ll be gently guided to connect with yourself first, and then explore movement with different people throughout the journey. Expect soft, slow, surrendered movement… sensing your own body, your partner’s body, and the subtle energy that lives in between - building the anticipation of touch and remembering how freaking awesome it is to have a body. YUM!
Afterwards, we’ll shift into a free-flow dance party—a space to loosen up, liberate your expression, and dance your truth.
