A weekly experiment in movement, presence, expression, curiosity, and connection.

To be honest?I don’t fully know what this will become.I just know I’m meant to create the space—and hold it with love.

So we begin.

🌀 Arrive at 6:30 PM🌬 Practice begins at 7 PM with Conscious Contact—an embodied partner movement journey where we explore soft, slow, surrendered connection🌿 If the weather’s good, we’ll take it outside under the sky💞 There will be cozy zones for cuddles and connection off the dance floor💬 We’ll start non-verbal, then open into spoken movement—because I’ve found that talking while moving is surprisingly therapeutic⏳ We’ll wrap by 10 PM
